Google Bad Review 1:  I arrived on time and was asked to wait as the appointment currently in the studio was running over. I took a seat, on the stairs as there was no where else to sit. 15 minutes into my appointment, the previous client left and I was called in. The lash application process started immediately and 45 minutes later i was told the lashes had been completed. I had a few issues with this.

Firstly, the uncomfortable wait, which can be forgiven, as working in the beauty industry myself I know these things happen. Secondly, and unforgivably; never in my 20 years experience in the beauty industry have I ever had a lash therapist apply lash glue directly to my lashes! This essentially completely ruins and drys out the lashes. Thirdly, I had paid for a full set of lashes but on inspection only half a set had been applied, a blessing really as the technician clearly had no regard for my lashes or the issues i would have on leaving the appointment.

I asked what material the lashes were made from and was told they are made from mink, again, working in the industry i knew this was not true. The lashes were applied in twos and more and were made of a thick plastic material, this, added with the extreme amounts of glue used made the lash very heavy.

I started the removal process as soon as i got home as i was so upset with the feeling and results. Normally oils remove my extensions as i refuse to use the adhesive removal in salon due to their damaging affects to the lashes, however due to the amount of glue used during the application, it took many applications of oil to remove just a few lashes to make the rest bearable.

I would not recommend this company. Steer well clear.

Google Bad Review (2):  I went to Lash Design London on 3rd December. Initially I thought she had done my eyelashes real quick compared to other people I have been to, but she mentioned her 8 year experience so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I did think the lashes were spread a bit thin to be a full set! But still looked nice. I also felt I couldn’t ask for changes as a customer was already waiting outside and had already interrupted the session.
Over the week a lot of the lashes have fallen out, making my lashes look uneven.
Quite disappointed as I thought they would a least last a few week like previous ones I have had.
Nice clean environment, lovely girl, but felt like it was rushed and hence why they are already falling out and I probably won’t be back.
