Google Bad Review:  I purchased a course of Profhilo with Beauty Clinic Simone as I'd heard great things about the treatment and wanted to improve hydration and texture in the skin on my face, neck and hands.

I had three treatments on my face and two on my neck and hands, all sessions took place the recommended 4 weeks apart. Unfortunately I have seen absolutely no difference in the condition of my skin in any area.

I contacted the clinic to express my disappointment at having spent almost £1,200 on the treatments with no visible results. I included a series of before, during and after pictures I had taken, as the clinic had not done so themselves. They came back to me within 10 minutes of sending the email claiming the doctor had reviewed all my images and was satisfied the treatments had had an effect. I disputed this but they constantly dismissed my concerns. It was like banging my head against a brick wall. I was not invited back to review my results in person, when usually many aesthetic clinics are willing to do so with cosmetic treatments, and they just had no interest in customer satisfaction.

It was also concerning that when I was given a tablet to complete my consultation form on arrival, previous customer details popped up as I completed the personal details section. I believe this may be a breach of GDPR.
