Google Bad Review 1:  I just wanted to let you know that my exebrows are actually really bad and i was waiting to be healed completley hoping that it will be better. The shape is one thing but the whole procedure is for me to not do anything with my brows and i still have to put make up on to look somehow. The color is so weak and even the two brow is not marching. One is above to the other. You was done with me not even a hour from me to arrieve to you (putting even the cream for 20 mins from this one hour) and it should be up to hours and hours to do a good job. I feel that i wasted my money because comering your prices to other PROFESSIONALS its just insane and i regret so much to go to you and now i have to have this eyebrows for long and it doesnt make me happy at all.

Google Bad Review (2):  Stay away from this women. I contacted her via Instagram and paid deposit of £50. She then said she will send me an email confirmation which I never received.

I then was told by a friend of mine that I shouldn’t go to the gym 5 days prior and after the treatment so I contacted Maria to get this confirmed. After her confirming this I asked her if I could rearrange my appointment to which she agreed. Then, a few weeks later I contacted her asking to change my appointment as my son had an interview at his school. (Which I couldn’t avoid) to which I Gave more than 6 days notice. We finally agreed on a date and I turned up at 3.27pm to my3.30pm appointment.

She didn’t discuss anything with me. I started asking questions she said she will discuss after applying the numbing cream. After she put on the application she said that I couldn’t shower for 5 days. I was very shocked. I honestly didn’t know this as I haven’t had any similar treatments done prior to this . I then mentioned I wish you had said this to me before as not showering while I’m flying to Canada for work was not an option. She immediately got aggressive and said it’s ‘my job’ to read all this before coming here which I find really odd and unprofessional.

Normally when you get a laser or piercing done they tell you what you should & shouldn’t do before and after! The way she spoke to me was so rude and unprofessional so I said I’m going to leave. She then got really rude and her exact words to me were “look at you sitting in my house and questioning me” I immediately got up and left and I didn’t feel safe at all.

I called my friend as I was so shocked. My friend immediately messaged her on IG. Maria then told my friend that I turned up 40 mins late which was a lie as I got proof from my google maps of the time of arrival and also she went on to say I changed my appointment 4 times,again a big lie.

I find her arrogant and rude. I’m not complaining about losing my deposit, it’s the way she spoke to me and the arrogance. I will never recommend her to anyone. Also she told my friend that I have OCD and that’s not her problem & even a child should know not to shower (I have evidence for all this and I have no reason to make any of this up )
