Google Bad Review (2): Had my micro blading done a few years ago and when it started turning green Sylvia mentioned I needed a top up which I did in 2017. It has been nearly 5 years now and it is not fading away and looks green like a tattoo and nothing like micro blading. I also went to a few experts and they said it has been too deeply penetrated into the skin so it’s more like a tattoo and I would need to spend more money to get it laser removed. Maybe I was just an u lucky one but I really do regret it. Eyebrows can make or break your face so I would be careful before choosing where to go.

Google Bad Review 1: Had my eyebrows done at this place three years ago. They raised one of my eyebrows higher than the other one. I really was not happy with the end result, but they told me that I had agreed to the shape. After seeing myself with uneven eyebrows in every picture, I went to another place (BrowHaus) to have this problem fixed. BrowHaus made the unevenness a little better, but still, my right eyebrow is higher than the left one. My only option now is to have a tattoo removal. I really do wish that I had never gone to Permanent Beauty.
Edit after receiving the response from the owner: Thank you for letting me know that I provided the training ground for your specialist. I am still dealing with the damage she left – even after three years.

Google Bad Review (2): I visited for eyebrow microlading. Much higher cost than local treatments but I had heard good reviews from a friend. The treatment was fast, shape wasn't ideal, gave me peaked brows above my natural shape but it was an improvement on uneven brows. To their credit they did make both match. The part that I was unimpressed with was the follow up. It stated a top up was included. The day before something came up and I was given a list of t&c's and asked for more money if I wanted a top up as a day later would mean it was out of a time frame. That seemed highly unfriendly.
The second part I was left disappointed with was the fade. It was tattooed two months ago and already it's faded out and the gaps are back so I'm back to uneven brows.
Presales I was impressed, post sale unfortunately the opposite.

Google Bad Review 1: I was really looking forward to my appointment with El but I had a shockingly terrible experience with her. She asked for a photo of my eyebrows well before my appointment, which I sent and she knew I had done microblading before. When I arrived, she said she couldn’t do them because my eyebrows are uneven and going over the old line would leave two tails. When I asked for a refund, she lost it and basically blamed me for not telling her about the shape before, which I had no idea about since I’m not the expert. She wanted me to pay for a service I didn’t get and that just isn’t right. Clearly, all she cares about is the money. She also told me not to come back again. I’m shocked at her attitude. I was extremely polite with her, even before she agreed to a refund. Although I can’t speak for her aesthetic skills, I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone I know because of her attitude.

Google Bad Review 1: Although Camille did a great job on shape for me, I definitely wouldn't recommend microblading at all. My brows looked great from two weeks after getting them done till about 8 months later, then they seriously blurred and turned orangey-pink. As a result I can't leave the house now without covering my brows completely, thus negating the whole point of getting them done initially. I've been to a dermatologist and they've told me the results may never fully fade and I may have peach coloured shadow brows lurking under my natural ones for years.

If you don't mind being treated like a lemming you will probably have no issue here.

I booked in for a £10 “consultation” for blading/shading…total waste of money!

I arrived at the Clinic and Camille was busy with another client.

While I was waiting her assistant did a patch test behind my ear and attempted to get me to book in and pay a deposit for the FULL PROCEDURE before I'd even seen Csmilke or had time to sit down!!!!!

I was baffled and explained I was only here for a consultation and hadn't yet even decided whether I wanted it done there.

After waiting about 10 minutes of the assistant mildly applying pressure on me to book in I was eventually seen by a very harried and curt Camille.

The “consultation” begun with her scowling at me aghast and saying “oh my, you really need brows!” which was funny I admit, but also quite rude and unprofessional.

The rest of the time she basically just spouted out the information that I read on the website for free.

No actual analysis, and she was barely able to answer my questions because her English was quite poor.

The place runs like a conveyor belt brow factory.

There is no real warmth or ability to build client rapport. If that's your thing, go ahead but don't bother with the consultation, just book the procedure.

Camille seems good at what she does even if the WAY she does it leaves much to be desired.

Google Bad Review 1: Avoid at all costs. A bunch of racist people. I had a confirmed booking and even showed them the email to confirm. As soon as I entered the salon I suddenly didn't have a booking. The man there became rude and racist. AVOID.

Google Bad Review (2): Beware of fake equipment and untrained staff! Decided to try the Cryogenic Lipolysis on my arms as safer than any area with organs. The second suction cup would not attach so the therapist switched of the machine and reapplied both. It didn't work so she just held it in place with no effect. Yes, effectively reheated and re-froze one of my arms despite knowing this procedure should be done only once a month in one area. When the machine failed again and both cups lots suction she tried to say I must have moved and was my falt but she could do it on my stomach instead. At that point I was in pain and had severe bruising on one arm, much worse than what you find online as examples from the procedure. It was clear she did not know what she was doing and the fake equipment called Fatfreezers is not Coolsculpting despite the leaflet they give you before the procedure saying so. As a result two days later I am still in pain with severe bruising. Stay well away from this salone. It is unsafe and will harm you.

Google Bad Review 1: I would not advice anyone to have their hair colour done at this salon. They did my hair colour and I was appalled by the result and their attitude when I told them I did not like it. I had to go to a different salon to correct the colour, because they would not do it. Daniel Mikhael Hair & Beauty, one block down on Porchester Place corrected my hair and they were actually appalled themselves by some orange colour they found on my hair. They also told me they get a lot of disappointed customers from that salon and its reputation is not as good as they claim it to be. Fe salon also charged me nearly double than what I paid elsewhere. A very negative experience overall.
