Google Bad Review 1: I had a terrible experience there! I had a cryolipolysis treatment and I got BURNED in two different places! What is worse, is that the beautician noticed my burns and she didn't tell me anything, (as I was numb and i couldnt feel them after the treatment), she simply let me go home with untreated burns!!! Now I have a crater like hole in my lower belly and I will be scarred forever! When I told the manager, she didn't even have the decency to refund me for the treatment, saying that I have signed a consent form. People, stay away!!!

Google Bad Review (2): I have never had issues with my skin in the past. Over time and age I noticed that I have a few visible lines and creases on my face. I decided to pay for the Plasma Pen service as suggested to help remove the lines and creases. I contacted Natalie and asked if I would need 2 sessions because I believed that the lines were severe. However she advised me that I would only need 1 session and that I would pay £1,700. Of course I couldn’t put a price on my happiness so I paid and had the session. Natalie then suggested that I come for another session (even after she assured me that I would only need 1 session) After the session my face was of course red and swollen, I looked like I had a first degree burn all over my face, a few days had passed and this slowly faded away. A few days after that my skin began to break out. I want to emphasise that I have never had bad skin in terms of spots, acne or scars on my face. Every day this would get worse and worse to the point that I messaged Natalie to ask if this was normal… she then recommended multiple face serums, creams, cleansers and moisturisers to help… this cost me an additional £300-500 which is extremely expensive for some soap… but of course I just wanted my skin to go back to normal. These products did not help, and it has now been months since my session and I am still recovering from this. At times I did not want to leave my house because I was so insecure about what has happened to my face. My face looks like it is scared and I do not see the results of the Plasma Pen, I feel as if I’ve paid over £2,000 for someone I ruin my face. Of course, I contacted Natalie for a refund because of the damage this has caused me. She refused to give me a refund. I was told I only needed 1 session. I did not see any results from the Plasma Pen session. My face was damaged due to the Plasma Pen session and is still recovering. I was sold expensive products that I was made to believe would help, but turned out that they were as useless as the session. If I could give minus stars I would.
