Google Bad Review 1:  AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I paid £14k for a Vaser Lipo / BBL and was left botched. Dr Johnsson and his team were dishonest about the outcome and made false promises. They saw the irregularities and said that it would fix up once I healed. After healing I told them about my concerns as there was no change, only for them to tell me that Dr Johnsson denies all the statements he made prior to the surgery. I called up in tears for weeks before I could get a proper response. This surgery has really ruined the quality of my life. I would never recommend this place. I now have to pay again to get Dr Johnssons mistakes fixed elsewhere, and I am left mentally scarred.

Don’t waste your time or money here.

Google Bad Review (2):  I booked an offer of 3 sessions to do a fraxel laser with them which I really regret. I started Sep 2017. I did 2 sessions and didn't see any improvement so I thought I should wait till the next one. On the day of treatment they called me few hours before the treatment to tell me that the machine is broken. I already booked annual leave and flight ticket basing on the appointment. How professional they are!! I was surprised because they didn't even apologise for such hassle. I called them to arrange for a meeting. The receptionist was rude and ignorant and didn't give much information when I asked for refund especially when she said that I should wait till next year till they get the machine fixed and I can't wait for long time because Charlotte told me you shouldn't leave 6 weeks between sessions. I went to speak to them. I met both Charlotte and the manager who was rude and aggressive and lacks any professionalism. she kept lying and arguing that it is fine to stop treatment for few months and she said the machine will be fixed before Jan and refused to refund me. Just yesterday after waiting for 5 months, I managed to do my session. Let me tell you that the machine hasn't been fixed because it doesn't work and I doubt that what they did was a fraxel laser because I am familiar with such treatment and I noticed the next day that there is no change on my face no redness no swelling as if nothing happened which is unusual with such treatment and the worst part is that the cooler of the machine which is an essential part is not working because there was a hole in the cooler's hose so you have to tolerate the burn for half an hour without cooling. Don't waste your money with them. They lack any skills of communication with customers and they only care about your money not your satisfaction. There are many other places with less money and more respect and ethics.

A reply to the owner who just got back to my review:

I had a very bad experience with the staff at the clinic. This situation was due to the fact that the staff including the manager and the coordinator are not qualified enough to do this job. After this horrible experience with no little improvement, I will never think to get back to your place even if you offered me free Fraxel sessions. I lost my confidence in your clinic and I am not interested to come back or discuss any issues. I have already booked with another clinic because at the end of the day what matters is the ethics not the money and unfortunately I haven't seen any ethics in your place. Very bad customer service and no respect or value is given to the client. More training should be given to the staff and to the manager in particular.
