Google Bad Review (2): Ive given this one star as I can't give her zero. The reason why is when I turned up to my appointment she told my friend to get out and my friend asked is she could sit downstairs. Her response was ‘if you have a problem with it go phone Boris'. She then told me to hurry up and make my decision as to whether I was getting them done or not not as she had another client coming. This shows me that she is unorganised as she didn't leave time between appointments for any corrections on my brows. I decided to get the shaping done and see if I liked them which I didn't. I asked to show my friend which she refused as I saw multiple issues with my brows as she was only sat outside. Therefore I asked for a reshape which she replied I have to shape them to your eyes not your face. I eventually showed my friends friend who professionally does eyebrows who further added more faults which I asked again for her to reshape. She just drew darker lines over the ones that I already had.
I have now lost £50 which she refused to give back. I'm very unhappy and disappointed with the attitude and the service I have re sieved. Will not recommend anyone to come here. And suggest she learns customer service skills.
