Google Bad Review 1: I have tried to contact them multiple times in numerous ways directly.
My solicitor has been Chasing them for almost 4 weeks now to supply one document that’s needed to complete at Land Registry. We applied for an expedition at the Land Registry as matter of urgency as we are in the process of selling. However they haven’t replied to numerous email, phone calls and social media contact since 4 weeks! Land registry usually gives you 4 week deadline to provide documents, they have no interest or care of the conflicts they causing to people!
We have been trying to contact Anna Prizeman.
I would advise to stay away, they don’t even deal with matter that are urgent and delaying it over 4 weeks.
Quite shocked about the service and the other reviews here speak for them selves.
