When asked why we were not notified he simplify looked at is,, said ‘well if this is not a good time', and left. Had to book him again. Second time around, several weeks later, finally was able to check our boilers. We did not receive a report for the annual servicing. We have had to chase request a report/evidence of the annual servicing. Service desk keeps saying ‘yes yes' but nothing is actually done. Extremely frustrating…
