Google Bad Review (2): I had the worse experience ever. Alexander j lo had been suggested by Nu Living for a shared ownership purchase. The whole thing has been a nightmare. AJL haven’t been helpful at all. I went through a lot of stress and at the end I had to pull out. It wasn’t an easy choice but I had to pay for the 80% of the costs anyway and when I asked if they could accommodate me and maybe discount the fee, Ash from the office threatened me to make me pay for the full amount and even more. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
replying to Peter Johnson Senior Partner: my name is Teresa Rocco and I was just one of the 360 Barking buyer, only a number for you – sorry I gave you 2 stars instead of 1- If I could I would give you 0. You charged me for the 80% of the total costs only for printing out a couple of sheets. no advise whatsoever, contradicting information, zero empathy. Ash was the worse person I had to deal with in the company, but I had a terrible experience with you all from the start to the end and I would not recommend Alexander J Lo to anyone. If you are reading this, stay away if you are clever!
