The Legal Ombudsman fined them for the fact they could not even stick to their own complaints procedure when I complained. I was awarded compensation for THE LOW LEVEL of SERVICE I received from them.
also. personally I would not use them again. Check the Legal Ombudsman they upheld my complaint against them.
