Google Bad Review 1: ****AVOID****
I went to this salon for hair dye with a touch of highlight 2-days ago , I showed the lady the picture I had on my phone and asked them if they can do something similar to that. The lady stated they can do exact the same. However they didn’t and a man who kept going out to smoke every 5minutes. He left the dye on my roots for 2-hours my roots turned charcoal black and the highlights I perviously had turned brassy. They charged me £100.00 and when I asked them why my hair turned so black and it’s not like the picture I showed you…! the guy said wash it day after it will look like the picture exactly how you wanted.
Long story short, I washed my hair next day and I noticed 5 different colours in my hair, black, brown, red shades, brassy orangish highlits with some green tones… it was absolutely awful.

I gave them a call and they asked me to go back to the salon and they’ll fix it.
I went back, they bleached my hair again and again no change with more orange roots and they asked me for extra £65.00.
I wasn’t happy to pay them again because I didn’t receive good service, my scalp was killing me it was itchy, red with real bad pain and needles. I didn't pay and the lady locked me in the salon with 3-staff , two men and one women. They were talking Turkish as if they caught a thief. They barricaded me in shop. The lady called the police. The police didn’t turn up because I didn’t do any thing wrong the police herself told me if I wasn’t happy with the service I had to leave straight away.
I called my husband to come for support as I was so scared their costumer service was rubbish
they all were talking in Turkish and no communication with costumer at all and I had no clue what they were doing

Google Bad Review (2): I booked an appointment for my son for the 2nd time for hairdressing and they told him to wait 45mins+ because they started doing another client's hair dyeing. If I book an appointment a few days in advance, I expect the hairdresser to be ready; obviously there's a reson why I booked it for 4pm and not 5/6pm. I am very disappointed as I was a returning client, myself.
