Google Bad Review 1: Unfortunately this is a review which I didn’t want to leave, but I am so upset that after my last highlights I’ve been left without hair. About 70% of my highlights came off. I have a feeling that the incorrect bleach combination has been used. The girl who washed my hair afterward realised and she said I definitely need to use treatments but obviously nothing works as most of my hair is coming off. I explained to them when I arrived that I want highlights JUST IF THIS IS POSSIBLE. After a month, when I am washing my hair it’s still coming off. Not sure when it will stop but I am terrified because I have my wedding in am year time and my hair is completely destroyed! I paid 200 pounds for nothing, I completely regret the visit to Kay and Kompany. My hair started to come off from December 2018 when I had my previous highlights done at Kay and Kompany and Stacey actually told me in January that my hair is really different and lot less. I didn’t realise that was actually due to my visit at the salon. I wouldn’t recommend them and I am really upset, my hair is terrible, thin, destroyed, and it looks ridiculous! Not sure what I can do next and how my hair can be repaired.

Google Bad Review (2): AWFULL EXPERIENCE !!

Do not get a man perm here I showed the stylist what I wanted a curly top with multiple references photos so she knew exactly the right size of rod and how i wanted my curls and overall style to look and I needed up leaving with fried , dry , tightest curls every I was so embarrassed and upset and there was no way of saving my hair at that point. My advice never get a perm and if you do do not come here!!
