Google Bad Review:  Rubbish place. Arrogant front staff..I just popped in yesterday as the place looked courteous. Was booked in for an appointment with a creative director but when I reached for my appointment, I was given a B2 consultant Bradley who did not even look at my hair properly before giving his consultation. Was not even asked for a glass of water. Even after telling that my hair have been chemically treated,they used the wrong shampoo on my hair. Was taken downstairs in a small room for the cut. Mine was just a trim and was charged a hefty £51 for the same even after I opposed that the consultant given to me was not the one I was booked in for. Rubbish service, rubbish staff just extracting money by fooling people. Would not recommend at all.
