Google Bad Review 1: Vashi has been the worst experience ever. We've ordered our wedding rings in May for our wedding in September. They originally told us that the rings will take between 4 to 5 weeks to be ready for pick up, but it's already been more than 8 weeks since the order date. I personally reached out to customer care a couple of times to check the status of the order. On every occasion, they told me they have an issue with their supplier but guaranteed that the rings will be ready for the wedding date. They also promised weekly updates, but we never really heard from them unless we reached out ourselves.
Just last week, on my 3rd call to customer care, I was told that they cannot guarantee that the wedding rings will be ready for the wedding. They apologised for it, and they offered us a refund. Great, but what now? We are now in a rush to find another pair of rings in 4 weeks, when most shops take at least 4 to 6 weeks to make the rings and deliver them. I am beyond disappointed with their lack of communication and customer care overall. An apology in this case is just not sufficient, and leaves us with nothing, but a great deal of stress and worry for our wedding. No words can explain my disappointment.
