Don't get me wrong the piercer that service me was amazing very nice and professional my review is on the the pieces the rest of the staff was also lovely
I got 3 pieces for my three piercings that I did at my appointment, the pieces were very disappointing to start the reason is because there was not many options to choose from and they were quite expensive for what they look like.
Decided to get them anyways because I was very excited about the piercing itself however a month after my piercing one of the Stones on screw from the post and I completely lost it, I blame myself for not tighten them enough so from then on I would tighten the other two pieces every day.
Still I lost the other two because the stone unscrewed by itself.
I had to find another piercing and other pieces that were titanium to replace those and to keep the hole from closing.
The pieces need to be in you for at least 3 months and I lost the 3 in a month and a half
It's definitely not on me because I have several other piercings that I haven't changed in AGES and they are still standing.
Beware of the pieces used for piercings they are terrible quality.
I am down 150 pounds from A&M and no jewelry at all plus what I have spent in new pieces.

got 3 piercings by Jayde, she's not only charming and lovely but also super professional, my ear is not even swollen with 3 new piercings in it (one hellix) she did an amazing job and the placing was super lovely. I am going back for the other ear! Highly recommended.

Google Bad Review (2):  After being locked in Australia over the pandemic, this place was on my places to visit upon my return to London. I followed them on instagram and had really high expectations. Ugh, what a let down, staff are not knowledgeable and rude. Unnecessarily unfriendly I felt bad even asking questions about the jewellery…like I was inconveniencing them lol. Went elsewhere to purchase earrings.
