Google Bad Review 1: Cancelled my tattoo booking on the day I was meant to get it after having it booked for 5 months. Extremely Unprofessional from the tattoo artist but the staff there were compassionate about the situation.

Google Bad Review (2): Three piercings done there, have regretted them all. They pierced my septum with crap jewellery, it looked like a piece of metal they found on the floor. Navel piercing was wonky. Helix piercing misplaced, they also changed the jewellery with an externally threaded barbell when my ear hadn't even healed yet and therefore became infected as the threading irritated the freshly pierced flesh. Also, they don't take into account that everyone's anatomy is different, I have a very flat belly button and I have since spoken to a professional piercer about it and she told me that I'm not actually suited to a navel piercing yet Underground pierced it anyway.
Overall, this place is fine if you're looking for cheap/temporary piercings to look cool in front of your friends, as the jewellery they use isn't high quality and there is a low standard of hygiene.
However is you want long lasting piercings with high quality, high polished, implant grade, internally threaded jewellery, then this is not the place to go…
