Google Bad Review:  Overall bad experience. Although had an image of the tattoo which I really loved, Ivan said that he would make it his own, which is actually a great thing! However, his freestyle sketch on my arm wasn't anything like the tattoo he did. The only thing I regret now is that I put so much trust into the tattoo artist and now I will have to try to correct it just because he refused to make changes which I politely mentioned when tattoo was finished. I was abruptly dismissed with an excuse that I cannot see and understand how the tattoo should look. My tattoo doesn't even look similar to what I initially requested and when I finally saw that, I was just thrown out because of the arrogance of the tattoo artist? Or was it that my time was up? It's sad and frustrating because I would have paid twice as much to make few adjustments and create something I'd love.

I popped by for an impromptu high lobe piercing Wednesday 3rd August and the initial interaction resulted in me completing the form but leaving due to the sarcastic interaction with Juilian. A shame since he has done all but one of my piercings and I always refer people to this location.

If the hackney location is bookings only, please state that on your website. I also called on my way to ask for available slots and everything was fine. If that isn't the case, pop ins shouldn't be dismissed and not asked if we mind the booked appointment who arrived early to go first.

I kept texting him but Paul gave cold replies or not reply at all. I know that everyone has the right to decline a job but Paul didn’t and kept snubbing my messages like I was begging him to something when actually I’m a customer and siting for his services. Then just last night he told me he just wants to be honest he can’t do the job… that’s not really good and I have to air out my mind. He should have told me this a really long time ago than playing around like a child

Google Bad Review:  This is just my personal experience. My first piercing here went fine, however when I went back a second time to purchase and get changed into a new pair of titanium earrings, the experience wasn’t that good in retrospect. The clicker hoop earrings I were wearing were not opened correctly, instead it was snapped open with pliers which caused one of the earrings to be damaged and also caused bleeding and trauma to the piercing (clicker hoops can be gently opened due to the clasp). The new titanium studs were also installed quite roughly with some pain, and when I went home I noticed there was a strand of hair screwed firmly into the top screw (which had to be unscrewed to remove the strand, so it was definitely not my own hair being caught in the stud). Did not think much of it at the time, but after 2 months a keloid scar has built up at that specific site despite regular aftercare with saline soaks. On hindsight I believe the whole procedure was not done very carefully which caused damage to both my ear piercing and the earring which I had to repair at my own expense. To be fair, I would say that the piercing experience itself is alright, but perhaps the piercer lacks experience in dealing with other concerns.

Google Bad Review 1:  Don't go. I visited the shop in March to have my Daith pierced, I was a walk in as I work around the corner. Zoltan completed the piercing, but I have since had to have it removed as it was done in the wrong place (too far forward) and with a ring that was too small so it was likely to start migrating and would never heal.
I have many piercings and have never once had an infection, but the lack of sterilization of the jewelry meant that this also caused me a problem.

Google Bad Review 1:  Although Camille did a great job on shape for me, I definitely wouldn't recommend microblading at all. My brows looked great from two weeks after getting them done till about 8 months later, then they seriously blurred and turned orangey-pink. As a result I can't leave the house now without covering my brows completely, thus negating the whole point of getting them done initially. I've been to a dermatologist and they've told me the results may never fully fade and I may have peach coloured shadow brows lurking under my natural ones for years.

If you don't mind being treated like a lemming you will probably have no issue here.

I booked in for a £10 “consultation” for blading/shading…total waste of money!

I arrived at the Clinic and Camille was busy with another client.

While I was waiting her assistant did a patch test behind my ear and attempted to get me to book in and pay a deposit for the FULL PROCEDURE before I'd even seen Csmilke or had time to sit down!!!!!

I was baffled and explained I was only here for a consultation and hadn't yet even decided whether I wanted it done there.

After waiting about 10 minutes of the assistant mildly applying pressure on me to book in I was eventually seen by a very harried and curt Camille.

The “consultation” begun with her scowling at me aghast and saying “oh my, you really need brows!” which was funny I admit, but also quite rude and unprofessional.

The rest of the time she basically just spouted out the information that I read on the website for free.

No actual analysis, and she was barely able to answer my questions because her English was quite poor.

The place runs like a conveyor belt brow factory.

There is no real warmth or ability to build client rapport. If that's your thing, go ahead but don't bother with the consultation, just book the procedure.

Camille seems good at what she does even if the WAY she does it leaves much to be desired.
