Google Bad Review: This is just my personal experience. My first piercing here went fine, however when I went back a second time to purchase and get changed into a new pair of titanium earrings, the experience wasn’t that good in retrospect. The clicker hoop earrings I were wearing were not opened correctly, instead it was snapped open with pliers which caused one of the earrings to be damaged and also caused bleeding and trauma to the piercing (clicker hoops can be gently opened due to the clasp). The new titanium studs were also installed quite roughly with some pain, and when I went home I noticed there was a strand of hair screwed firmly into the top screw (which had to be unscrewed to remove the strand, so it was definitely not my own hair being caught in the stud). Did not think much of it at the time, but after 2 months a keloid scar has built up at that specific site despite regular aftercare with saline soaks. On hindsight I believe the whole procedure was not done very carefully which caused damage to both my ear piercing and the earring which I had to repair at my own expense. To be fair, I would say that the piercing experience itself is alright, but perhaps the piercer lacks experience in dealing with other concerns.
