Google Bad Review:  Called this company 19th of April to carry out electrical report for my let property. Assured me work would be carried out the following week and as requested sent them an email with the contact details of my tenant and address.It didn't happen. Called them again during the week the work should have been done but was told email could not be found so gave them details via text. The company arranged for the work to be carried out on the 27th of April and my tenant waited in for them. Nobody showed and when I contacted the company was told the attending electrician had to take his wife to the hospital the night before. I accepted this and asked when the work could next be done and was told that the following week was a Bank Holiday and then the chap on the phone laughingly told me he also has to bury his mother. I've contacted another company since and the work was done within 48 hours. Disgraceful behaviour from this company using now what I believe to be excuse after excuse to customers and messing people around . I would not recommend them ,amateur outfit.
