Ordered my car with 16 weeks lead time and possible slight delay due to Covid. I am already in the 22nd week, the new timeline falls 4-5 weeks ahead. Honestly, a pathetic first impression, with minimal/no response from the team upon contact, let alone any update that they committed to communicate on a fortnightly basis. Every time I login (once in 3-4 weeks), the timeline seems to have been pushed, and this has happened 5 times already. Considering if I'd be better off buying privately from somewhere else?

Google Bad Review (2): I've had lots of issues with an order with Tusker.
A car was ordered with a 18 week lead time – 24 weeks have now passed and it's at least 12 weeks more. This has been discovered through their website – Tusker promised fortnightly updates but nothing has been forthcoming.
Any attempts to get any information from Tusker are futile, with phone calls and emails going unanswered. Based on this, and unless something changes, I would advise avoiding Tusker. The salary sacrifice option may seem attractive, especially for electric vehicles, but unfortunately Tusker's customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
