Google Good Review:  Spoke to Kam about leasing a BMW I3, he couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and professional. My Mrs wanted an I3 but as they have ceased production in July they are hard to get hold of new on lease. Kam went above and beyond and scoured their dealer network for a car for me. Unfortunately We Vee couldn't get me a car either but the fact was that they tried and kept me updated all the time. We will be in the market for an EV in the next 4 years, so will definitely try these guys again. Thanks Kam.

Sitting in reception right now, after confirming that I will come and collect the vehicle today between 9-5 and am told (and read a sign) that the service staff are “enjoying” a Christmas lunch from 12-2pm.

I am now having to have to sit here for 45 mins as no one in the whole dealership have access to keys?

I understand it’s Christmas but at least have cover for the customers???

Will never use this absolutely poor excuse of a dealership again.

All I’m told to do is wait as there is no option.

Can they deliver the car to me? Of course not, my other alternative is to come back another day.

Absolute joke – do yourself a favour and don’t bother coming here!
