Google Bad Review (2): Awful customer service! Ella had a terrible attitude while serving us and was very rude. Seriously not impressed. You expect much more from such a big brand. We were first approached by a host, he took us to the collection we wanted to check and when we said we wanted to browse left us to speak for a few minutes, when we asked for help as we didn't see what we wanted he just made fun of us saying that we pushed him away before he could explain anything. When we then asked for the item we wanted, he was clearly under the impression that the necklace was available, Ella then came and told us they were not producing it anymore. So on top of the host being rude, he has not knowledgeable. Go to another Tiffany & Co. as this one is definitely not worth it.
