Google Bad Review:  I had the most unbelievably bizarre encounter with two elderly gentlemen working at this store. What was a simple question about resizing a ring was met with the most ridiculous and unhelpful responses anyone could receive. Even while speaking in a clear reasonable tone and asking simple questions, it was met with obtuse, dull and boorish dawdling.

I understand that H. Samuel is haemorrhaging money and has recently closed about 15-20% of their existing brick and mortar stores due to e-commerce but after speaking with these two dull men I completely understand why no one wants to come in! I just wish H. Samuel had closed this store too!

Hopefully Darwinian-capitalism does what it does best and finishes this store off by putting the company into the rubbish bin of history. I also cross my fingers that they've invested their pension plan into a Ponzi-scheme so the two workers lose their retirement funds and it keeps them working until Death himself comes a-knocking.

I would highly recommend, no actively encourage, everyone and anyone to avoid coming to this store.
