Google Bad Review 1: (Translated by Google) A real disaster and because there are no 0 stars. They get confused about what is sold, they call you to return it (a lot of interest when the difference is important), with all the inconveniences that it entails. You act in good faith, they talk to you that due to the inconvenience caused they will give you a “little detail” and then once they have it in their hand if “I've seen you, I don't remember” (I promise and I promise until I put it in).
Product return security measures suck. They tell you that they will send the collection company with a safe and in the end it is a standard shipment of the lot.
Upgrade:
Today on 01/08 a bouquet of flowers arrived from Tiffany with the consequent apologies. The gesture is appreciated but you have to better manage incidents and for this you have to have staff who minimally handle languages.
I'm going up to three stars for the apologies.

Un verdadero desastre y porque no hay 0 estrellas. Se confunden en lo vendido, te llaman para que se lo devuelvas (mucho interés cuando la diferencia es importante) , con todos los inconvenientes que conlleva. Actuas de buena fe, te camelan con que debido a las molestias causadas te darán un “detallito” y después una vez que lo tienen en su mano si te “he visto no me acuerdo” (prometo y prometo hasta que te la meto).
Las medidas de seguridad de devolución de productos son una porquería. Te comentan que enviarán la empresa de recogida con caja de seguridad y al final es un envío standard del montón.
Actualizacion:
Hoy día 08/01 llegó un ramo de flores procedente de Tiffany con las consiguientes disculpas. Se agradece el gesto pero hay que gestionar mejor las incidencias y para ello hay que tener personal que maneje minimamente los idiomas.
Subo a tres estrellas por las disculpas.
