Those are words, but acts shows differently. ie. : not being open to negociation at all for a one day delay (as we cancelled 14 days before the training instead on 15 days).
If the insurance is that cheap why don't you include it in the package, or at least tell us about it.
I totally disagree with your point stating that it's harder to deal with cancelations on the busiest time of the year. Because, at this time of the year, you get the volume to be able to replace someone at short notice.
