Google Bad Review 1:  PAY ATTENTION, THEY SAY THAT THEY WANT HELP AUPAIRS, BUT IT IS NOT TRUE. The worst English school in London. The teachers are good but the administration in horrible. I paid for 3 months (I’m 20yo and I was an au pair, £450 are not easy to find for me) but due to corona virus I back in Italia after 2 months. I asked for a refund (just 4 weeks) and they said that when the cours starts you can’t recive money back, even if it wasn’t decided by me. They give me a “credit note” valid for a year (just for me, not for my sibiling or friends) that I will obviously never use, because an au pair that is back in her country how could use it? They said that I could do online classes, but they hadn’t done it! So don’t go there because if there is a problem, you will lost your money because they think just about them. Unacceptable.

On the website it says that the school provide weekend English lessons, but actually when I call to book this kind of lessons they weren't available. IT IS NOT PROFESIONAL TO UPLOAD WRONG INFORMATION! THIS BRINGS THE REPUTATION OF THE SCHOOL EXTREMELY LOW!
