Google Bad Review 1: IELTS; Poor sound quality, high ceiling room with echo..60 percent of candidates complained about it, I have reported before starting the exam to reduce echo And they responded “this is the best we could do”. I also wrote a complaint, as a result I got poorer result, this caused me to get poorer result!! proved to me that scoring is not fair by IELTS officials because of the complaint placed!! I have reason to believe this because I saw my speaking results when the invigilator wrote on score card for each section but result card my score was reduced by 1 point.!!(unfair)
