Google Bad Review 1: I have given only one star due to the very poor customer service.
I have no complaints about the watch that was repaired. That was done well.
However, the lady that I dealt with when I wanted to collect and pay for it was very unfriendly and rude. She kept shooing me away from her and then gave me an out of circulation £10 note as change.

Google Bad Review (2): Awful service. I was bringing my kid in to repair my watch. The staff looked at it , “ well , the cost of servicing your watch would be more than the watch itself , do you get it from TK max?” I was really shocked, embarrassed and felt humiliated. The memory that it brings is more anything , it’s from my beloved wife . I live round the corner , it’s an easy location for me to repair a watch . So I went to Timpsons and they said there was no need to repair and changed the battery for me for free.
