Google Bad Review 1:  BEWARE!!!
They quoted me some price for service of my antique clock, after several days they mentioned rised price, I disagreed with the price they took more than 1.5 months to retun the unrepaired clock, once returned the clock was not working at all. They messed up with the working clockk because I didn't agree to pay their price!
From an unserviced but working antique clock, I ended up with a non-functioning clock!
Repair number can not be quoted as repair was not setup. Clock was give for service because the clock slows down over time but it surely was working but now I can't even wind!!
Plus when I said to for the repair cost the attitude became rough and not pleasent at all!
The review has not been written to be removed but to make others aware of the consequence what happens when they say no to the escalated repair charges!!!

Google Bad Review (2):  Just spotted what they did with my lovely Raymond Weil watch. I have been told that it will cost me £40 for the battery replacement. I went there because I read a really good feedbacks. It was about 10mins job – witch is fine but then I was asked to pay £20 on top if I will take a shower with the watch. I went back at home and just spotted this scratch at the back. Absolutely disappointed and I will never ever go back there. May be it worth if you watch cost no more £100 and you don't care at all of the quality of the service. P.S. This is the first time when this watch is going for a service so I am 100% the scratch wasn't there before. I wish to sent it back to Raymond but it is a too late now. Good life lesson

Google Bad Review 1:  Ordered a heep of GRS equipment, compressor, engravers, hone, etc. Started with a delay as a couple of bits had to come from the US. Finally set up the compressor and discovered it was 110v not 240v so they sent me a replacement ‘a better one'. It arrived covered in oil and broken with water in the cilinder, so I can only imagine They we're palming me off with a used one.
They ordered another one from the US but it broke in transit, so another one was ordered (we are now at 4 attempts). Had to stay in all day for the old compressors to be collected (very heavy).
The staff were apologetic, but that's all they did, nothing as compensation for the weeks without the kit. I had turned down a cheeper quote from another supplier. I will order from the US next time.
Walsh have an old fashioned idea of customer service.

They were rude to the point of being offensive and absolutely ruined my mother's watch mainly due to an inability to read.

We asked for an engraving on a very sentimental piece that belonged to my deceased mother. You spelled both names wrong and then had the audacity to blame my partner. Your staff showed me what SHE wrote and it was totally correct. No apology given no care given and the back of the watch is ruined.

I dropped off a white gold necklace to be extended as my regular jeweller is away. The extended it but not with a central point so the necklace kept twisting.
Then it broke in the same place. So it was fixed poorly.
When it was re mended they damaged the necklace. There was a huge black mark. They said it was caused by soldering it and Although they caused the problem they wanted to charge me again to fix it. !!!!! I had to pay for a mistake they caused
Worst service ever. I would never take any jewellery there again.

Google Bad Review 1:  The worst possible service I have ever come across! Went to fix my wedding ring there and the owners didn't even bother taking to me in person but kept sending a person from the staff to talk to me and answer my questions on behalf of them. That happened at least 5 times during my visit in the shop which I though it was very poor. I got quoted £25 for the job that needs done and was not allowed to pay immidiately but on collection which I thought that it was fine. When I got a call that my ring was ready and went to collect it, the price suddenly changed to £45 which ended up into an argument. Mind you, no price was written on the customers note, so always be aware with that! After a heated argument, the member of staff agreed to charge me the quoted price and leave it be. When I saw the ring afterwords I was nearly in tears. The colour of it has got changed as it has been burnt all over, it was not soldered all over but just on few places and over all extremely bent. I could have done better job myself if I had a soldering iron at home. Please, please, save your money and time and go somewhere else where it's worth giving your jewellery to be fixed! I will never go back to that place and will never recommend it, which is a shame, considering how much I like supporting local businesses.

Was told they had to take it off to fit the battery, Then they glued it back together. If they had to take the strap off then why did they have to glue it? Just put the strap back on. Google Bad Review 1:  The store was empty but they made me queue outside saying it was too busy. This seems to be typical of ‘luxury’ shopping experiences which seem to think you are lucky to be spending thousands of pounds in their store. I suppose I should be eternally thankful to omega for the chance to spend thousands of pounds.

No thanks I’ll go elsewhere.

Google Bad Review (2):  Bought a watch this week from this AD. I dealt with the Boutique Manager. I paid by BACS immediately. As it was a Saturday, the manager told me he would check with the finance department on Monday morning and let me know as soon as they saw my transfer.
As it happens I rang just before lunch. He hadn’t checked. He then confirmed money had been received.
My complaint is simple. Don’t say you are going to do something if you can’t be bothered to do it. At the moment we are in lockdown. Not many people are spending £0000s on watches.
Find an independent dealer who cares about customer service. Not this place.

Google Bad Review (2):  I visited this store in January for a battery replacement. The salesman claimed my watch didnt have a battery and tried to convince me that repairing it would cost £2500. Since I was confused (I was quite sure the watch was battery-powered), I decided to have my trusted watchmaker in Italy have a look at it. He opened it in front of my eyes and replaced the battery in less than 5 minutes for 40€. Staff here are either highly incompetent or tried to rip me off. Glad I dodged this trap. I didnt expect this from an official Omega store. Avoid!!
