Google Bad Review 1:  When in to complain about the packaging for my contact lens as they were so hard to open that they were being damaged. The Manager knowing I had a complaint made me wait over 30mins to speak to me. No idea about customer service!!! Or pacifying customers. Will definitely change Specsavers branch.

Google Bad Review (2):  Zero stars. Incredibly rude, unknowledgeable staff that just want to get as much money out of you as possible is what I took away from my experience! If you like Specsavers, like I normally do – I suggest going to another branch!!
Sumandeep was incredibly rude to me, rolled her eyes when I said I just wanted the arm repaired and didn’t want to buy whole new frames as she suggested. I asked if the rest of the frames were damaged and she said no (they’re 6 months old), I tried to ask why she would suggest £250 replacement frames (same style) over just repairing an arm £15 if the rest of the glasses were fine? She wouldn’t explain her recommendation just said it ‘was best’ and rolled her eyes again when I said that’s a huge price difference which I’m not willing to pay if you give me no explanation as to your recommendation… felt like she was just trying to upsell.. She then finally said there was a scratch on the lenses (small and I hadn’t even noticed/didn’t bother me). I then asked how much new lenses would be – £30. I then asked why I wouldn’t choose to pay £15+£30 = £45 pounds to repair arm and replace lenses over £250 to replace the whole thing as she was still suggesting. This she couldn’t give an answer to and looked uncomfortable, unknowledgeable and like she was just trying to make more £££.. She then proceeded to go repair my frame arm 2 metres away where her and her colleague were talking about me and my decision and having a great laugh at my expense… When she came back I told her I could clearly hear them word for word talking about me but she flat out denied talking about me and again rolled her eyes when taking me to the counter… AVOID!
