Google Bad Review 1: The worst specsavers ever. Absolutely rude staff Akram being the worst have now lost sale of new hearing aids and glasses as I will not be putting my money into a brand which approves of rude and unprofessional staff. Your staff need basic customer etiquette training. You need to have training also on the exemptions of wearing a mask and how to ask someone why they can't wear a mask and not throw them out of the shop

Google Bad Review (2): This customer service here is awful – be wary of booking here. I had an eye test booked for today, and recieved a missed call from the branch yesterday. I called back, spoke to someone and explained that I was calling back. The lady said she was calling up to confirm the appointment, and seemed in a hurry to get me off the phone. She asked no questions, or attempted to get any information from me. This morning, I turn up, and a young lady explained that my appointment had been cancelled. The gentleman who seemed to be in charge explained that because I had missed the call, they automatically cancelled my appointment as they had to triage everyone visiting. I understand the need for this in Covid-19 times, and had read this on the confirmation email, which is why I called back. After explaining I had called back, spoke to someone who explained none of this, he went on to say ‘Look, I've got 2 opticians off sick today, and you missed the call' then shrugged. It was needlessly rude, considering it is their lack of customer communication at fault here.
