Google Bad Review 1: If you want someone to be rude to you and treat you with zero respect then this is the place for you. The optometrist was great but the guys upstairs should not be working in any customer facing roles. Extremely disappointing after being a customer for many years and spending thousands of £.
The tone in which they speak to customers is simply outrageous. Witnessed the way they handle more senior citizens coming into the shop, a complete lack of respect and bordering on the plain mean.
Maybe the feeling is that there is so much demand that this behaviour is acceptable.
If you value customer service and general good manners I would recommend passing on this place and going somewhere else, I certainly will not be going there again.
