Google Bad Review (2): I colored my hair there I came to them with fashion color and wanted to only do the roots I booked my appointment with Shantel who she was telling me off for booking for roots without telling them that I had a fashion color done on my hair. After agreeing on changing my hair color to gray which I liked I asked her to do my roots which I came for the second day as we agreed then she was busy with 3 other clients didn't give me enough attention and finally told me that she can do my roots Shadow. Reasons I am not coming back again:1- Service wasn't good enough especially when you come on time and she's 10 mins late, she also talked a lot about her personal views of life which I don't think its professional for someone coming for the first time I was overwhelmed!! 2- The price she didn't tell me how much it will cost and she managed to do cold sales on my by adding more and more things to do to make sure they take as much money as they can..I also asked her to break down the invoice which I didn't get she said things without even writing them down.

Conclusion: You could go there if you are doing something not too challenging or you don't care how much will you spend.

For me I am definitely not coming back although I was welling to take a long travel journey and pay this much if Service was good and Price was clear.
