2. On the day of the appointment they emailed to reschedule for a week later.
3. The day of the new appointment they had no record of it, they sent me away after I travelled all the way to Greenwich. They promised to contact me back on the same night.
4. They didn't contact me and acted annoyed when I called them back.

I mean, if you don't want new clients, just say it, don't make me lose so much time where I could have gone somewhere else!
