Google Bad Review 1: My first appointment was great and I found two dresses from the couture collection I really liked. Since it was my first appointment I wanted to visit a couple of other stores just to make sure these dresses were the one for me. I kept thinking about the dresses at Rosa Clara so I emailed them to ask about some alterations and if they could potentially get a third dress in that they did not have last time I visited. Initial response was very quick and they said they would contact headquarters for me. 3 weeks later: I've emailed again, phoned and spoke to the person I've been emailing and physically walked in to the shop to get answers. Every time I've been told that they would sort it and email me the next day. I'm yet to get any answers and wonder how I'm supposed to trust them with the most important day of my life if they cant even answer an email. Apparently they're not keen on making a sale.

Google Bad Review (2): Further to my very positive review dated 16th January my experience at Rosa Clara went downhill very quickly when I experienced a problem .This is no reflection on Eni who dealt with me in store . The customer service from the manager was unprofessional and fell well below the standard I would expect from a shop of this calibre . I pursued the dispute via my credit card company and eventually received a full refund.
