Google Bad Review 1:  Extremely unprofessional worst Costomer service experience I have had …seems like they are only after the money, would defiantly not recommend this place was a complete waist of time drove over two hours down for a hour consultation and was rushed and sent on my way in ten minutes . Basically made me feel as if I was wasting there time. Much better bridal stores out there defiantly won’t be recommending them…. the one star is for the intern at the place she was extremely nice

Google Bad Review (2):  From one bride to another Do Not Waste Your Time with this store. They are a small store in London and have the most unprofessional and pompous group of people working there.

I had contacted this store to purchase outfits for my wedding as I was here in the Uk for a few weeks. I used their online contact form and they contacted me asking to speak with me before setting an appointment up. I received a phone call from a lady who asked me about when my wedding was. I told her my wedding is 11months away (which is 1 of my weddings as I have two) and knew which outfit I wanted to try on. From the moment she heard my date she told me that I’m too early and so it would be best for me to come later when I have a better idea. I advised her that I’m ready to purchase as my concept is based on my outfits which is the case for most brides. She then told me well if I came and didn’t purchase then I’d have to pay for the next consultation as they only give one free consultation. I told her that was fine as I knew what I wanted to try on. She then remarked that “oh it’s only one you want?” I then said well no one I know I like there are others. She then told me it would be best for me to pop in instead but I wouldn’t be able to try anything on. I then told her I’m not here for long and I’m going to Canada. She told me that she still thinks it would be better for me to come in when I’ve got a better vision and I said to her I do and would like an appointment to try on the outfit as I had seen pictures online so it’s now about trying the actual outfit to determine quality fit etc. She told me that if I book then I’d have to pay for the next which I had no problem and told her as much. She then told me only two people can accompany me but I told her I have three and she said well only two is allowed. I still said that’s fine please book me an appointment. She then told me that I may not get an email and that means it’s not booked so I said I’d call if that’s the case.

That was 24hrs ago and I’ve just received an email stating

“I've spoken with my colleague about your appointment request. Given that you have quite some time to your wedding and that we are a little understaffed this July, we would recommend booking you in once you are back from your travels in September. Please feel free to get in touch then.”

Brides beware a company who has no respect or care for a perspective client is not going to be any more inclined to giving good customer service to someone who is a client.

Don’t waste your time. Their outfits aren’t special and so there are plenty of companies who would appreciate and understand the importance of such a big day and understand that customer service is key !
