Google Bad Review 1: went for a consultation asking for no colour change just a few highlights/lowlights to make it blend better. Had a chunky money piece I wanted made smaller. On the day even talking To the owner (who did my hair) was asking other staff about formulas, I kept repeating I wanted to keep/improve the warm look. Comes to toning time and I hear the assistants discussing a grey/cooling formula (but u thought it was for the customer next to me getting a silver balayage) and they say oh it’s going to be cool how do you feel. I say a bit cool okay just not grey or dark. Any time I questioned what they were doing it was being put off as if I didn’t know how hair works (I would’ve done myself but I couldn’t see the back). My hair is damadged so if the right products are used it can be difficult to blow dry/handle. She put some mask in raving about it as she struggled to blow dry my hair claiming I need to maintain the upkeep (trims and no heat). How did I leave with less silky hair than I came in with. Also she finished blow drying and I see my hair is grey. And she didn’t place no filler on the lowlights so the brown she put came out muddy on the blonde base. She had also gotten rid of the money piece entirely. I then say it’s too dark and grey Can you lighten it. To this everyone goes it’s the toner it’ll wash out…. To this I go I know but this is way too dark for what I asked for. So she tries to bleach bath just the money piece because doing the whole head is time consuming. And she manages to lighten in a bit but again still grey. At this point I sense their reluctance so I pay for my service trying to be appreciative. I then rang up the next day asking for it to be fixed and so they said to wait for the owner to call. Spoke to her in a Saturday she said we can get someone else to fix it. I said I’ll have to call back as I’m busy with work and will let you know. Phoned on Wednesday and was told they’ll get back to me with an availablity. At this point I don’t ever hear from again nor trust them to fix it.

Google Bad Review (2): Appalling service! Booked a leg wax, turned up for appointment and the required staff member was off sick. Salon had made no attempt to contact me to let me know. Highly frustrating when your whole day is organised around it
