Google Bad Review 1: I would give them 0 stars if it was possible. this is the worst service ive recieved by far. i paid £65 for tailoring, and thats not even including the original price of my dress which was £120. i had requested them to cinch the waist tighter on my body so it would fit nicer for me as my prom is in 3 days. when i went to pick up my dress i had noticed there was no change whatsoever, i had asked them once again to fix it before prom. they took advantage of the fact i was alone as a 16 year old and argued with me that they will refuse to make any changes and i will have to pay the £65 for the same exact fit it already was to begin with. they then began mocking and laughing at me in their language, which frankly just shows how awful the service is within here. the stitching was terribly done and torn. many parts of the dress were not sewn up and left ripped.i am incredibly furious at the treatment and the outcome, they are scammers and i recommend you stay away from them if you want genuine, professional service. I didn’t even receive a simple apology.

Google Bad Review (2): We brought two wedding dresses, she keep calling me to come and pick them up, finally I picked them up and the brides tried to see the dress it was all good at the wedding day when the brides wear the dresses the back ribbon and petticoat was miss, the lady was saying she have 8 years experience but did not have 8 hours experience to make sure that everything is complete for collection bad customer service. Ruined our special night and all she had to say was just a sorry.
