Google Bad Review 1: A very unprofessional letting agent from Martin & Co Wanstead ,he booked me for viewing two flats via email & phone ,I took my day off and I travelled 1 hour and 30 minutes to Wanstead , However he didn't turn up to the given addresses .Even worse ,when I called him ,he told me that the viewing was cancelled without notifying me , he tried to justify that he left a voice message for me ,which I cound not find on my phone .
Honestly, I didn't expect such a horrible service and unprofessionalisme from a big company like Martin & Co .I was totally disappointed and he made my day awful and horrendous.

Google Bad Review (2): Sadly an awful experience with this estate agent. As tenants, they tried to rip us off on the deposit and I had to take them to the alternative dispute resolution service just to get my money back. I would never use them again. I also phoned up as a potential seller and had a bad experience, poor knowledge of the local market and received no viewings compared to other estate agents who booked in many viewings. DO NOT USE as a tenant, landlord, buyer or seller!
