Google Bad Review 1: I was running late for my appointment so called the salon to rearrange for one hour later. The lady who i spoke with to rearrange the appointment was very rude and at first said i could not rearrange. in which case i said i would sadly have to cancel the appointment she then told me if i wanted to cancel there would be a fee. i explained that i did not wish to cancel, but to rearrange. Finally she agreed if i could make it within the hour i could have the appointment. I made it to the studio within the hour as agreed but when i arrived there the lady whom i made the agreement with now said it was too late and that she would not see me. the studio was empty. i started to reason with her to ask why she told me to come within a timeframe if he wasnt going to see me anyway? eventually another stylist took pity and did the hair cut. the cut itself was fine but the way that the lady with long black hair spoke to and treated me means that i will not be returning to this salon

Google Bad Review (2): Classic eyelashes, I been to Lux for my lashes before it was fabulous then I went for facial that was good too. I recommended my friend she purchased classic eye lashes and she bought me one as a gift. I went last week Wednesday, lady Mariana did my lashes she was a nice lady sweet to talk but through out my session my left eye was watery, slight painful and was all red by the time we finished the lady said it could be the weather, fan anything even when I left the saloon it was red and watery, thought would settle after a while but the same day my lashes started falling off but since it was Eid was busy
wasn't able to call earliest happened to call them after six days telling them what happened and also mentioned last time the lashes stayed for almost a month but this time it started falling off from.the same day, the lady on the phone said it's a week you should have called in two days time you can't get your refund or infill. I said to the lady I never mentioned the word refund or any service for free infact I was thinking of coming and getting infill and would pay but since she was so rude and I said to her I never mentioned any word of refund, I will surely write my review as how I was treated she just banged the phone on me usually I don't leave bad remark but this saloon needs to be known for their unpleasant customer services. I am going on holiday after two day now have to pay unnecessary for the lashes again. It's a nice saloon just a shame for what I experienced.
