Google Bad Review 1: Was very excited to have my hair done here amd have heard some good things, so am so so so devastated with how it has turned out.

I have two different textures of hair in, and three colours??! My hair being black and the extensions brown and dark brown. The blend is unfortunately non existant there is a masssssive gap at the top/middle where the weave ends and my hair begins. The cut is blunt and uneven. With all this i have to wear my hair in a low ponytail for me to not look silly.The styles I was told i would be able to wear, i cant so am stuck with a low ponytail until i can take it out which shouldn't be long as the hair is already coming apart.

Im very much a keep calm and be polite kind of person, but I had to write this as I am so shocked and upset. Mainly because i was so looking forward to it. On a positive note, the salon ia beautiful and The woman who did my hair was absolutely wonderful and welcoming – cannot fault her attitude so i'll take that from the experience.

Google Bad Review (2): I’m very disappointed, not with the hair but the service, I live in Atlanta ga, I placed an order for 200 Itips, 2/20” I was told they didn’t have them,but she had 18”and would refund the balance i said ok please just send the 18”, days had gone bye and no word, I finally got an email that said she was sorry but they only had 1 16” and 1 18” I said please just send that, I was told that she got sick and didn’t send it right away, how she told me she apologize and I would have the hair by Wednesday, she was sending it express mail. Well she did send it out thank god, ans send a photo of tracking number, I emailed and asked her would the hair be here before the end of the week….. i.e Wednesday , because I have a schedule install, that I paid a deposit for, mind you. Well today is Thursday and guess what my hair is still in Newyork ‍♀️ Needless to say this will be my first and last order from them…I lost my deposit and still no hair!!!!
