Google Bad Review 1: I was absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of staff here. They were rude and belligerent and condescending to people in the street outside their store. This went as far as retracting the awnings deliberately on people taking shelter from the rain (those taking shelter included children and adults) to drop water on people.
Needless to say I will never use one of their stores again and make a formal complaint to the parent company about this behaviour.

Google Bad Review (2): I took my dads vintage Seiko watch into them to have tge battery replaced. They told me it had to be sent it away. They charged me 80 pounds for a watch repair. Only the battery was replaced. I took it to a local cobblers to have a new strap and they told me they charge 14.99 or 29.99 if i wanted it sealed. I trusted Chisholm hunter with my precious watch i they bascially did me over. Dont let them do this to you.
