Google Bad Review 1: I was recommended by a friend. The stylist I had was not attentive and she admitted they had triple booked my slot so she disappeared half way through my appointment. My hair was not styled or finished off the way I desired and discussed at the beginning of my appointment. Someone else came over to blow dry my hair and actually did not stop until I told her my hair was dry, the heat was hurting my scalp!! Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for care and attention.

Google Bad Review (2): I have previously always had a good experience with this salon. Unfortunately, this time round a number of errors by staff meant that I got messed around in relation to my appointment. Despite it being recognised that the mistakes were on their side, customer service was very dismissive, which included at one point being told that my appointment was low priority. A rather awful way to treat customers and overall a very disappointing and frustrating experience, which I would not be keen to repeat.
