Google Bad Review 1: Use this shop at your own risk!!! Took in shoes two weeks ago and have only just been able to pick them up as they close the shop as and when they please. It says 5pm on a saturdays above the shop but when i went to collect at 3.45pm last Saturday, the shop was already closed. Having gone there today, I received abuse and threats from the owner because i dared to say i thought my shoes had been damaged whilst in their possession. When i tried to pay in order to be able to leave, was told ‘cash only' (odd as i thought HMRC took a dim view of that these days). So i had to go away, get cash and dash back as he had said he was going to shut the shop just to inconvenience me. This was at 2.45pm on a Saturday. An awful experience and one i should not have been subjected to.

Google Bad Review (2): SO rude. I walked in really happy that I was trying to fix a good pair of shoes instead of buying a new pair, and walked out angry that the guy just spoke to me like I was an idiot. He brushed off most of my questions telling me to bring the shoes in, and when I asked for a price he just pointed to the wall (which did not contain the prices). These people cannot be bothered with customer service. Avoid like the plague.
