Google Bad Review: SEXUAL AND RACIAL DISRIMINATION BY AN ARABIC MAN WHO HATES NON ARABS AND WHTE WOMEN.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM SHOP.I CALLED THE POLICE when the owner of this shop,an ARABIC man,expressed racial and sexual discrimination towards me.I bought 2 halogen heaters from this shop which both broke down, one stopped working altogether.After the Sales of Goods Act 1979 I am entitled to a replacement or refund.I phoned the Arch Hardware Shop and told them that the 2 heaters have broken down and that I DO still have the receipt.I asked if I could get 2 replacement heaters and when the employee who answered the phone said yes, I asked him to check whether they got them in stock.He said he needed to talk to his manager,the owner. He did and came back and said that it was okay,that I would get 2 replacement heaters.When I came to the shop, the owner refused to replace the heaters or to give me a refund.He was so aggressive and threatening that I had to call the police.He slammed the front door into my body and yelled at me,”you are an idiot and will go to hell”.All the time he was laughing demeaningly.He refused to talk to the police, then he finally spoke with the police once and yelled and screamed that he hasn't to do anything that these are the laws of the country,then he cut the policewoman off.All the time his wife or who she was stood like a dead person dressed in the traditional black dress and black headcover in a corner.She said nothing.The owner refused to give me his name.He told me repeatedly to take my bag and get out of his shop,that he would throw me out of his shop,etc.-I have reported the Arch Hardware Ltd to Trading Standards and to the Equality & Advisory line and to the manufacturer of the heaters.This Arabic man thinks that he is here to take the Brits and everyone else over.He would have treated me completely different if I had been an Arabic man.
