Google Bad Review 1: My daughter and I unfortunately had a very bad experience with Petra. First of all she had dyed the hair to a colour that didn't match my daughters hair colour. In advance she promised this would be easy to match the topper with her hair colour as it was basic dark brown. She was happy to re-dye it again and my daughter wanted to see the hair colour before the topper was made. But she didn't do this, and she took the hair to a manufacturer to sow it into the topper without our permission. This was very unprofessional. When my daughter and I came to see the topper, it didn't match her hair colour and we asked to re-dye but she refused and wanted to sell it. We accepted but the topper didn't sell which I'm not surprised since the quality was very bad. The topper does not lay flat at all on my daughters hair and the front of the hair you could see the scalp bit of the topper. She started calling my daughter crazy which was very unprofessional and was refusing to give our money back.

I do not recommend her for people who are looking for toppers as she doesn't know much about toppers and how to make a topper lie flat on the head and ways to make it look natural. My daughter has brought a new topper from a new company and it looks amazing that I can't even notice it myself. Please do your research and pick a company that is legit. If the company you pick to make your topper has no pictures of previous clients (before and after) then don't go for them because you are risking a lot of money (around £1000). If they make you try on a topper that doesn't match your colour then don't believe what they say about the custom looking more natural because this won't be true. Be very careful she is someone who will add stress to your life and possible cause more hairloss because of it.

Google Bad Review (2): Sadly a really bad experience for me, I paid for 2 different colour pony tails, a blonde & brown to have a wig made on 20th January. I was told it would take around 6-9weeks to make.

After months of waiting and and asking for updates I was asked to pay the balance on the 5th June and told I would receive the wig in the post.

I said I have to see the wig before I pay the balance.

Thank god I did, as I was presented with a wig with a bald patch and not the colours I paid for.

Having not received the wig, I have asked for a full refund and hope I receive it asap.

This has been such a horrible experience for me.

I was not given the option to cancel, if I were I would have 100% cancelled.
