Three months later, you requested the service we initially advised was not possible. Due to this, we tried the service free of charge after three months. We don't think we deserve one star, as we've performed above and beyond. Normally we don't accept service requests after three days.””
This is what you had replied to my review which was completely wrong, yes i had a consultation three times and he said that i can achieve the technique which was the money piece and the hair colour just not as light as i wanted which i agreed on…
Second of all i requested the service two months later, yes it may have been damaging but why tell me to come back to get another ‘balayage’ and get my hair bleached again to get it lighter after my consultation, so you lied.
The service ‘free of charge’ was actually two months later and was not my fault it was this late as he told me to come a month later even though i replied within three days after my hair when i wasnt happy. I was also not told about the policy of this shop which was not my fault but yours, because it was not said during the consultations either. So do not lie thank you very much.
Furthermore what i wanted was achievable in the first session, you just did not understand what i want even though i showed pictures and asked for what i wanted but instead gave a balayage which was completely different from what i asked for. Just very unprofessional, if you was not able to do it why tell me you are able to and lie and let me spend £270 on something i did not want. This is just lack of unprofessionalism and also lied multiple times as i did not agree on balayage.
