Google Bad Review: I have been a customer of this dentist for nearly 20 years recent changes (new owners) have brought about a terrible level of service and a focus on processing appointments rather than caring for customers (profits over efficiency). I booked an appointment to replace the one and only white filling I have because after decades it had dropped out of a molar, I rang to confirm the appointment was indeed to do the work as taking time off from work was an issue for me. I was advised yes but the final decision was with the dentist. I arrived 15 mins early today and was given a #NHS form to fill in (I understood the treatment was private for a white filling). I called in straight away. The dentist said they were not able to do it there and then and proceeded to argue with me for 10 mins (mainly them speaking) explaining I was told it was up to the dentist and they never do treatments on the spot and that she needed a longer appointment than 20mins to do xrays etc. This young short asian dentist was very opinionated and kept saying please see my point of view, (as if I had a choice lol), the point is the x-ray could have been done in the time she chose to justify why she could not do it, I was in early for my appointment too. To me this demonstrated poor experience and even worse customer service skills with perhaps undertones of a deliberate process of putting customers through a sales cycle to improve profit and fill out their diary (which must have been empty for me to be seen early!). I thought better of letting that dentist near my teeth and left complaining briefly at reception but to my surprise they offered no comment again showing a poor and inexperienced team. When I left I looked at my watch to see it was 11.45am the exact time I was due for my appointment to begin – I would not trust this dentist as their priority is not on helping their customers.
