Google Bad Review 1: I do not recommend this place for hair color or cut. Amy was super nice and great to chat with… but my hair is butchered. I saw her in February 2018 and my hair is still ruined. I got balayage highlights, but the bleach was left on far too long and the ends of my hair are fried. I asked for a trim with subtle layers, but she used a razor to do the layers which ultimately led to the ends of my hair being completely thinned, with one side significantly thinner/shorter than the other. In addition, I felt that both she and the man who washed my hair were super rough with my hair – yanking the brush through it to the point you could hear it snapping. I'm so sad about how my hair was damaged by this place. See photo for before/after shot. 🙁

Google Bad Review (2): Do not go here if it would let me I would do no stars! I booked my appointment for hair extensions refit and I arrive 10mins early just to be told that my stylist cannot be located and they cancelled my appointment. I desperately needed my hair redone as I was leaving to go on my honeymoon the next day. Very disappointing and no sympathy from the staff!

Your response is an absolute JOKE! You advised me that the stylist could not be located and had left the salon, you tried to call him several times and offered to give me his personal number so I could reach out to him.my appointment was for extensions refit not the whole matching of hair. Your colleague booked the appointment without hesitation and the next day was nowhere to be seen!
